Why is it called Becoming Unbendable?

When I was going through my transformation, I realized that what was really holding me back was my own emotions. I was volatile, and every time something in my life came up that was tough, I would retreat to old habits. Then, I was watching Avatar: The Last Airbender with my sister and in the final episodes, the Lion Turtle speaks to Aang and says, “your own spirit must be UNBENDABLE.” From that moment, I decided that I wasn’t going to let my circumstances control me. Once I learned to control my emotions, I transformed and decided to help others do the same.

Do you do in-person training?

No, because my coaching is virtual, my clients train with me from all over the United States. Everything you need for the results you’re looking for is available through the online program.

How long is the coaching program?

The coaching program is a 16-week contract. When the 16 weeks are completed the contract rolls over to a month-to-month program. Clients are allowed to remain enrolled in the program as long as they like once the initial 16-weeks are completed.
